Please find our Terms of Business below, which clearly set out what we will and will not do when we supply our products to you.

Placing your order
You can place your order in several ways. Through our online ordering system, by phone, fax, email or post.. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by failures of any of the above methods. We confirm all orders back to you.

Sizes
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the dimensions of the bed are checked before ordering goods. Each page on our site shows standard sizes and the dimensions. If in any doubt please contact us to confirm your sizes and dimensions. We are not responsible for additional costs accrued to the customer by incorrect ordering. Please take care!

Shipping
We will normally ship within 14 days of your order. Special orders, custom items, out of stock items may take longer. At busy periods we reserve the right to extend the despatch period. We will always give an estimated despatch date. In the U.K. we ship overnight or by first class post. We cannot be held responsible for delays of goods in transit or in customs howsoever caused. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes and we do not operate C.O.D. deliveries.
If an order is late you can email or phone us to instigate an enquiry. Dependant on the method of shipping a tracking number may or may not be available. Wherever possible we will make every effort to locate your parcel and effect delivery .A signature from the delivery address, will be taken a proof of delivery.

Returns and Exchanges
Please double check that you have ordered the correct size and colour before we commence manufacture. Alterations must be notified within 48hours. Alterations/cancellation at a later stage or returns, will incur a 25% handling charge plus additional carriage.
Custom made products are not returnable
Before returning goods you must contact us by phone or email to obtain a returns reference number. If you do not contact us before returning your goods, they may be returned to you and you may be charged for return shipping costs. The goods must be in the original saleable condition, they must be unused and not washed or damaged in any way and in the original packaging.
The goods must be despatched to reach us within 7 days of receipt by you of the goods.
The customer is responsible for the safe return of goods to us and is responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit. We will refund you for the cost of the goods only or we will exchange for comparable goods within 21 days.
If you return goods that are used, washed or damaged in any way you will be charged for the packing and shipping costs of returning the goods to you.

Satin Sheets
Our Satin Sheets are made of the highest quality, softest Polyester Satin. They wear well but in certain circumstances (excessive wear, hard or rough skin on feet, excessive washing on long or hot cycles etc.) they may bobble. All satin sheets are sold with wash-care labels attached.

Latex Sheets
Latex sheets are made from the finest sheet latex. All latex sheeting is vulnerable to attack by oils, heat and ultra violet light. Daylight can cause damage to the latex causing a white bloom on the surface of the latex - see the Latex care Instructions on our site. All Latex products are sold with care instructions. Latex products cannot be returned.

Warranty
All products supplied are warranted for 30 days from date of receipt for stitching and workmanship. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, damage, mistreatment or damage due to washing.

Payment
We accept, Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Solo Credit Cards. You can also pay by Bank Credit Transfer. UK customers can pay by personal Cheque and Postal Orders. We reserve the to make any enquiries we see fit to ascertain the validity of Credit Cards and to refuse Credit Card Payments . You may be asked to provide additional information to validate card purchases.
Payments by cheque will delay despatch for 7/10 days or whenever cheque has cleared.

Customer Privacy
Customer details are kept for 10 days after despatch, then deleted. Details are kept in compliance with the UK Data Protection Act. We do not make any customer details available to anyone else - ever.

Terms and Conditions
The above terms and conditions are the basis of our offer to our customers. They do not affect your statutory rights
